I just wanted to thank you for the very professional installation job on our new furnace. Although there were a couple of kinks in what we hoped would be a well-planned project, we both know there always are. Your installation personnel were courteous, friendly and very hard working and they met the requirements of a pretty fussy customer with grace and flexibility. Needless to say we were not only impressed but grateful for their determined cooperation. Their skills complemented one another well. Ron seemed to be the steady hand, working steadily on each task without even a break and completing it with attention to detail and pride in the result. Matt seemed to be the most knowledgeable about the specific equipment and Jake had the dedication and determination, to say nothing of the physical strength, to do hard work for an extended period. He tried hard to get done Wednesday night but ran out of steam about 7 PM, long after I would have thrown in the towel. Despite the holiday, he showed up early this morning to polish off the final details. He kept his cordial attitude and his "cool" through the whole project.
Over the years I have seen a lot of truly professional workers as well as more than a few not-so-professional ones and these guys, though not perfect, are good. Of course, I know their capability and attitude both about their work and toward the customer wouldn't be what it is without your management and leadership so a lot of the credit for a good project and a good company should come to you. This project took more time and involved more adjustments than you had planned. Although we have just started on what I hope will be a long-term relationship I expect that the next project will be more profitable for you and I will do my best to help make it so. I have high respect for you and your organization. Some time we should get together for lunch and a discussion about how to help your business grow and prosper.
